hello,
I was trying to integrate Power BI web with Visual Studio Team Services by following document - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/vsts/report/powerbi/connect-vso-pbi-vs
But I am not able to find VSTS connector as shown in step 5 on above article. I also noticed that in the same document has mentioned important message that states that "We are deprecating the Power BI.com Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) Content Pack on November 15, 2017 primarily due to the negative impact it has had on VSTS accounts, including throttling end users access. Support will continue for all existing Power BI.com data sets based on the Content Pack. However, you won’t be able to create any new data sets."
Is it the reason for hiding VSTS connector from Power BI web?

Ashish

Hi @ashishmoradiya,
It's true that the VSTS content pack is being deprecated in Power BI. Please follow below information to access VSTS data using OData:
Getting started with VSTS reporting through OData
The preview of the Analytics v4 OData endpoint is now available and opens a set of new experiences for VSTS including consuming VSTS data in Power BI.
Please verify that the Analytics Marketplace Extension (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ms.vss-analytics) is installed on the account(s). The one-time process of transferring data begins immediately, and the setup applies to the entire account. The process takes just a few minutes depending on how much data exists.
A general overview of our service and how to use the OData endpoint can be found here:
https://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/docs/report/analytics/what-is-analytics
The data available through the OData endpoint is secured based on project settings and the View Analytics permission. An overview of the Analytics authorization model can be found here https://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/docs/report/analytics/analytics-security
Examples of how to use the Power BI extension (VSTS.Feed) can be found here: https://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/docs/report/powerbi/data-connector-functions
Query performance is heavily dependent on the structure of the OData query, we have complied a list of recommendations which can be found here: https://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/docs/report/extend-analytics/odata-query-guidelines
If you are already familiar with OData and our service, a more detailed overview of the aggregations we support can be found here: https://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/docs/report/extend-analytics/aggregated-data-analytics
Lastly an overview of what data is available in the model can be found here: https://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/docs/report/extend-analytics/data-model-analytics-service
