Hi,
I am looking particularly for On-Premises Gateway - Personal Mode.
I have installed and was using it for many months. All of a sudden an issue was raised and it said, Your Gateway is configured correctly but is unreachable due to local network connectivity problems.
Do anyone has faced a similar issue.

I'd expect this to be a firewall issue. If you are on a business network, you might need to check with your Network guys and see if they can open some ports for you. The ones on here would be the ones to check.

It sounds like firewall or proxy issue, please check your block list and internet proxy setting to confirm if this device has any update for these config.
