Hello All,
I am a Office 365 Admin for our IT department. Currently we had 3 users using Power BI trial and we bought and assigned these 3 users Power BI Pro licenses. The licenses have been assigned within the portal and have been verified. Unfortunately these licenses aren't showing up on the users end as they still see their accounts as trials. This was done last week so the issue of it taking time to sync seems out of the question. Any ideas? I noticed that they have both the trail license and the Power BI Pro license assigned? Could it be because the trial license needs to be unassigned?
