Power Bi premium Capacity exhausted

My organization have exhausted the premium capacity that was assigned, however I want to get following information:

1. Which resource, group or workspace is comsuming most of the space.

2. Breakdown at detailed dataset or report level which of them is consuming more space.

3. I know some of the dataset have exceeded 1 GB of size that are placed in premium, how can I reduce the size or steps to do that.

4. Which user artefacts is consume most of the space.

Request your help on this.

Hi @rishic,

1. Usually we would assign the Premium capacity to an App workspace. So how many space left would be easy to find out.

2. You can find it as the snapshot below shows.

3. This could depend on your needs. Please refer to power-bi/power-bi-reports-performance.

4. I would suggest you create an idea here.

Best Regards,

Dale
