Do we have any documentation forPower Bi downtime for an year and how they calculating availability of server

@Anonymous Are you referring to a premium tenant and the capacity you have not used yet? Some more detail would be helpful. If you are not talking about premium, then this isn't relevant as everyone works on shared capacity.

We are using Shared capacity. we would like to know about availability of power bi service(online) throughout the entire year or on month basis. if power bi service has any specific downtime or there is no downtime and what is the calculation to calculate the availability of the server incase of any outages happened.

@Anonymous Power BI is an Azure Software as a Service (Saas) and comes with their 99.9% uptime gaurantee from my understanding. Noted here -> https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/enterprise-ready/ You should expect that there will be no downtime.
