Power Bi Service resetting bookmark navigators but not visuals when refreshing the web page

We are using bookmark navigators to switch visuals on our reports, however if you use it to switch the visuals to the non default visual, then refresh the browser page, the bookmark navigator returns to the default one but the visual remains the same, so showing the incorrect details. 

This doesn't happen if you access the report using the embed URL, only on the service or online app. 

So this visual still shows the Customer Conversion Rate visual, but the bookmark shows like the Quotes by Status is selected.  

Any suggestions on this please?
