Power Bi Server not displaying images after azure crash 5/2/2019

We have Report at our organization with multiple images used for bookmarks.

The report loads. However the images in the report spin for minutes and when they finally stop spinning and are able to be clicked the images still do not display.

Does Power Bi store the images in azure blob? We didnt have this issue untill azure crashed yesterday. Any updates would be appreciated as the main navigation of the reports is driven through the bookmarks & buttons.

Someone from microsoft can close this ticket.(I would close it myself, however I cant) Wasnt dealing with azure there is a bug when exporting reports from the server. The themes and images do not get downloaded correctly. I will open another ticket with the actual error.

Did even more testing. Everything works fine when deploying from power bi desktop.

Our deployment method is deploying from the rest APi as the same report is used for multiple clients. When deploying with the API we get the errors in the screenshot above.
