Power Bi Paginated Report Won't Load Sporadically

User sporadically receive errors running power bi paginated report.  Sometimes clearing the browser cache resolves the problems, other times, it does not.

Whether the data source you are currently using supports paginated reports?
Please see the article Supported data sources for Power BI paginated reports for a list of data sources.

Make sure  your administrator has allocated enough resources to render this report under Capacity settings ->workloads

You  can  aslo create a support ticket to check whether  it is a systems issue that need Microsoft  to resolve on their end.   https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/
