Is there a limit to the number of reports one can upload in a single workspace?

Hi @Anonymous,
Please refer to the online document. The workspace allows only maximum of 200 datasets to be published with in it. This limit of 200 includes the combination of datasets and reports together. Also there are some workarounds.
- Flush out the unwanted/unused dataset from the workspace.
- Create another workspace and use it particularly for large datasets.
- You can also use the Get Data method to import local files into Power BI Service by keeping the PBIX files into OneDrive or any local folder or any other Power BI supportable data source locations.

Frank
Hi @Anonymous,
Actually that depends, as dataset will be compressed in a reasonable level when you import the data into Power BI. Users with a Power BI Pro license can create app workspaces, with a maximum 10 GB data storage each, all the contents are included like reports, dashboards. What’s more, the limitation on the dataset size of a PBIX file is 1 GB for Pro. For Power BI Premium, you can get 100 TB of storage for each capacity you provision, all the contents are included like reports, dashboards. What’s more You will be able to build models as large as the Power BI Premium dedicated capacity memory can hold. This means that the Power BI Premium P3 SKU will be able to support a dataset with 50 GB of data or more, and upcoming SKUs will offer capacity sizes that allow datasets with hundreds of gigabytes of data!

I found some links where developers said that only 200 reports are allowed to be created. e.g. Check this one: Max Report Limit PowerBI
Is this the case? I could not find any official documentation regarding this.

It seems like the limit has been increased to 1000.
[Edit]: The official Microsoft documentation mentions:

Hi @Anonymous,
Does that make sense? If so, kindly mark my answer as a solution to close the case.
