Power BI service without O365

Can you use and purchase Power BI pro without an office 365 account a with global billing and admin?

Hi there

You do not need an Office 365 account, it will create an Azure Active Directory in the background to manage the authentication.

You will then need to create the global admin which will then have the admin centre for Office 365 (For free) which you can then use for users and licenses (Billing)
