Power BI service skipped schedule refresh time

Dear Friends,
I've no idea what is going on with my scheduling refresh recently.
What I've observed is the schedule refresh skip the queue time.
I would like to have your advise on this kind of issue.
What should I do.
I'm so frustrated.

It happens because the previous refresh (3PM) was in progress at 5PM thus it skips that schedule to mitigate the queued refresh issue.

I would suggest to implement incremental refresh if not already to reduce the refresh time so that this will not happen in future.
