Power BI service scheduled Refresh is failing and not loading reports

I am getting this below error when tried to refresh the dataset

Processing error: COM error: mscorlib; A task was canceled.

@Anonymous if you dont mind me asking in the dataset settings is there an error in your data source credentials?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you please check the error log of PowerBI gateway? Based on the error message, it looks like that it is a problem occurs during the process getting data from the data source to Gateway. We need the Gateway log to troubleshooting it.
