Power BI scheduled refresh for dataset check EffectiveUserName for disabled and removed account

Power BI scheduled refresh over on premise gateway for dataset check EffectiveUserName for disabled and removed account:

The following system error occurred: Account restrictions are preventing this user from signing in. For example: blank passwords aren't allowed, sign-in times are limited, or a policy restriction has been enforced.

This error catched in Profiler (ApplicationName -> PowerBI - Model Change Tracker - Id...). For other users everything is OK and refreshing in Power BI is succesfully.

When I enable that Account on Active Directory I have following error (permission not given on dataset and data source):

Either the user does not have access to the database, or the database does not exist.
