I work on power BI desktop 32K and Oracle 32K
when I try to configure schedule refresh I get the following message

Is this can be the problem??
I tried to contact supposrt via the "smile facr" but it said there is replacement in other url.
I open help question (twice) but no one comeback to me for about 4 days.
