Power BI pro max workspace creation and data volume

Hello,

I'm trying to find out how many workspace I can create with the pro license.

I'm also wondering if each workspace has a 10GB limit.
Or if this limit is the user's limit (10Gb per Pro license) and it adds up with all the workspaces.

There is a lot of topic about it but nothing 100% sure.

Hi @Anonymous ,

the 10 GB is per Workspace and is not the user Limit.

Shared capacity limits

For workspaces in shared capacity:

• There is a per-workspace storage limit of 10 GB.
• For app workspaces, the total usage can’t exceed 10 GB multiplied by the number of Pro licenses in the tenant.

And there is a limitation about creating workspace.
Like 50 / 100 ... (less or more) ?

afaik the the storage is the limit not the number of workspace.

For app workspaces, the total usage can’t exceed 10 GB multiplied by the number of Pro licenses in the tenant.
