Power BI premium connection credentials lost after publishing DACPAC of Azure SQL

We have a Power BI premium capacity.

The shared datasets and a few paginated report in a Workspace connect to an Azure SQL database using SQL-authentication (user/password).

The thing is, after I publish that Azure SQL database with a DACPAC-deploy via Azure Devops the connection credentials do not work anymore. I have to re-enter those in the the datasource settings of all datasets and reports.

The problem is not in the permissions of the user, I have verified that these stay unaffected after a deploy.

Any idea what can cause this issue? Thanks in advance.
