I am trying to give somone access to Power BI online but the user gains acess but the screen never loads. We have tried Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer with no luck. The screen just show the Power BI logo but won't load. Anyone know how to solve this problem?
@michaelwy Couple questions. Is the user internal to your domain/company or external? You can tell if he is on a Pro trial by clicking the wheel icon in the upper right and clicking "manage personal storage". This will open a page that tells you the license type on the very top of the page by their name.
@michaelwy This sounds like the experiance I just had with the new B2B. I had to log out of Power BI (My O365 account) and then back in after I was granted access in the other domain Azure Active Directory. After that, I was able to access the report/dashboard.
I'm guessing on the scenario, but this is the exact experiance I had.
Alternatively, if the scenario is different, I would still have the user log out/in and if that doesn't work. stop and reshare after they've done the log out/ in.
