One of my users cannot log into Power BI in Edge, is says it is due to a network connectivity HTTP error 500. They can connect to Power BI in Chrome though. Does anyone know what causes this problem or how to fix it? I recently checked and the device is fully up to date, and it is only this 1 user/device that is having this problem.

Try it in an In Private session in Edge, and if that works, then clear cookies in their main browser.

MCSA: BI ReportingSo opening Power BI in a InPrivate session did allow them to log in to Power BI but even after deleting cookies and cache it still does not log into Power BI in a normal session.
I'm assuming you've done the normal reboot, restart stuff. It isn't the service or their user ID, just that browser profile. You could delete and create a new profile (a pain) or contact support and see if they can help track it down. There is something way down in the bowels of Edge causing the issue here.

MCSA: BI ReportingCorrect, we have restarted the device a couple times just in case that was the problem, and I was afraid this might turn into a more intricate problem. Thank you for your help and information.
