Power BI may have lost connectivity with the data gateway during this dataset refresh.

Already check both side between on-premise and power BI service but still cannot refresh data -->
"Last refresh failed: Wed Jan 05 2022 16:09:18 GMT+0700 (Indochina Time)
Power BI may have lost connectivity with the data gateway during this dataset refresh. Please make sure that the data gateway is up and running for the next scheduled refresh"

1) to check service at on-premise still running

2) in power bi servic, it is online.

I forgot to update this issue, it is solved now by removing the cluster gateway and rebuilt it. Afterthat it works.

Where did you upload the data from?   What is the connection mode?Please provide details so that I can reproduce your error

No, the error occured some times, please see below data refreshing history.

It Seems network issue with your your gateway server, Please make sure your Gateway server has consistent internet connectivity
Would suggest to enabble additional logging in your gateway and attache with support request Support | Microsoft Power BI

I don't know the questioner, but just wanted to share that I started experiencing the exact same error around about the same time. Restarting the gateway allows the refresh to proceed successfully for a 1-3 minute window, but after that, it fails again with the same error message.

I forgot to update this issue, it is solved now by removing the cluster gateway and rebuilt it. Afterthat it works.

I just found today after re-updated the power bi gateway in the server and it seems be ok after that when the refresh schedule is running then the error ocurred.

Try refreshing manually now and see if you get error.
