Power BI for Office 365 vs Power BI Pro

Does anyone know the difference between these 2 plans or can point me to a link that explains the difference in writing?

1) Power BI for Office 365 with SharePoint Online (Plan 2) with Yammer - $17.99/month

and

2) Power BI Pro - $9.99/month

Until June 2015 I was paying $52.00 => $12.00 for Ofiice Pro Plus and $40.00 for the PBI Plan.

So it took 5-6 months after they lowered the price for me to start paying $29.99 => $12.00 for Office Pro Plus and $17.99 for PBI.

Let's see how long it will take this time to convert me from $17.99 to $9.99??? I shouldn't have to wait till next June 2016...
