I mentioned EM SKU before because you said embed capacity.

Yes, This known issue happened in the free user, and workaround is 'Accept the pro trial option to view the report.' The fix time is uncertain, but it will be repaired as soon as possible. Please be patient.

I am NOT understanding, If my user has a EM SKU it should not have problems to use reports in Microsoft Teams for free users.

Yes, it’s because the software has an issue that makes free user temporarily unable to see the report.

Embed capacity don't support embed report to teams.

Which is the difference between embedded and an EM SKU, I think my customer has a EM SKU capacity.
Yes he has free users but during last year all worked ok, was in about one week.
