Power BI embedded report refresh issues

Hii,

I'm currently using embedded reports links on chrome. Data is refreshing properly as per scheduled in premium per user.

when im checking embedded reports after sometime data is not refreshing in reports and i have to refresh the whole page and its shows the below pop up to sign in. I have already saved username and password in browser. please suggest??

 

please help on the below issue occuring on daily basis.

Hi @vs_7 

The URL that you are using is for either an Embedded Capacity if you are using for a Portal or  if you use the IFrame to embed it into a page of the Website. in your case it doesn't look like you are using Embedded Capacity therefore the user must have a Pro license. The PPU you have doesn't mean that the workspace is using Premium Capacity.

Hi @vs_7

I already gave you the solution! who ever wants to use the report other than you, needs a Pro license. what is that you don't understand?

Hi,

premium id is not given to other users.

premium id is using only admin persons.

They are getting refresh issues for embed link reports.

When you say Embeded report links ! how did you get the link? Can you show me the steps?

It sounds like the cache is not refreshed. Change the browser and use Edge, see how it works out.
