Power BI Services does not work correctly in a citrix environment with internet 10.0.9200.1729. This is an important issue for my company,

Formatting is not right, and I can't get to the navigation page.

Please refer to following document for the Supported browsers for Power BI. IE10 is not listed.

This does not seem to be a problem with IE 11. Our company is going to migrate to IE 11 anyway. No action required.
