Power BI content pack

We are not able to get Power BI content pack for ServiceNow now which was available some time back as mentioned in below link, please help.

Sorry for that, based on my research, the Service Now Content pack is not supported currently, We can try to ODBC connector to connect the Service Now in Power BI desktop. Please refer to the similar thread: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Power-Query/Connecting-to-Service-Now/td-p/615037

The connector mentioned in the document is not free.  I am looking for some free connector or other ways to extract the data from service.  want to connect to live service now data not through excel or csv extracts

Seems ServiceNow ODBC connector is not  that stable, please help guide on the best options to connect Power BI to ServiceNow.
