Power BI app keeps looping back to login credentials

Hi

I'm trying to login through app.powerbi.be but it keeps redirecting me back to the login page.

As you can see in the video, all other applications in the Office 365 suite do work.

We are working on a Samsung Flip 2.

hi, i have the same issue, but on the desktop not in service, can log in no problem in service.

pls any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Please kindly note that Power BI customers with older browser versions may encounter issues signing in to the service, please make sure you are using the latest version. Power BI supported list of browsers is documented at Link. Due to a known incompatibility bug in WebKit Link, Safari users on MacOS 10.14 or iOS12 may experience similar issues. This bug is resolved with MacOS 10.15 and iOS 13.
