Hello,
I have an issue where I have a Power BI Desktop report uploaded to OneDrive for Business (along with all the associated data files) and have connected the workspace to OneDrive for Business directly. The workspace file is not syncing up with the file stored on OneDrive. Certain numbers aren't pulling through to a certain visualization (even though they do appear in other visualizations; even others I have created more recently)
Does anyone know any reason why this might be and how it can be remedied?

Hi @AlexP1981,
If we import a Desktop report, we import the mode in it. So we can't just put the files together. For example, a Desktop report takes an Excel workbook as source. When we import this report, the data source is the workbook and the file path is original path.
1. If you want to refresh the workbook automatic from OneDrive, you need to import it as a dataset. Please refer to service-connect-to-files-in-app-workspace-onedrive-for-business.
2. If you want to create it in the Desktop, you can do it like this.
Best Regards,
Dale
