Power BI and MS Team

I created an Power BI APP and shared it into MS TEAM within the same workspace that the Power BI report was published. None of the MS TEAM member can access to the APP to follow up on the data and updates and the message return that they can't see the APP and need to have Power PRO. The account corporate access, not individual. Any idea what to do so the MS team members can have the benefit of having the data published. Tks. Daniel

Hi @daniel_bonafini ,

For your users to view your app, either they need to have a Power BI Pro license, too, or the app needs to be stored in a Power BI Premium capacity.

You can refer:

  2. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-create-distribute-apps

Hi there

When sharing any Power BI reports all users need to have a Power BI Pro license to see the shared report.

The only other option is if you are running Power BI Premium and you share the reports via an App. Then the users would need to have a Power BI Free license to view the reports in MS Teams.
