Power BI and Azure Analysis Services : how to connect to Power BI Service ?

I want to connect Power BI (Licence Premium and Pro) to Azure Analysis Services. Is it possible to "LiveConnect" through Power BI Service ?

To my knowledge, I afraid that it difficult to achieve in power bi service for now like this post said:

The quickest and easiest option is to create the live connection dataset in Power BI Desktop and then publish it to the service.

The other option would be to do it through the REST API, but I'm currently struggling with that myself as well...
