Power BI Subscription Email with PDF Attachment is Showing up Blank

This seems to be happening intermittently for a Report Developer's report email subscriptions. His subscriptions are showing up blank with a small Power BI icon appearing on them for him and his viewers. Most of the time the PDF shows up just fine showcasing the full report and then sometimes it shows up empty like the screen shot below. We've tried running this manually and that always works successfully. So far no one else from our company has reported an issue for email subscriptions.

Based on the above information, if you are a Power BI Pro licensee, you can create a support ticket for free and a dedicated Microsoft engineer will come to solve the problem for you.
It would be great if you continue to share in this issue to help others with similar problems after you know the root cause or solution.

Hi @v-xiaoyan-msft and thank you for the quick response!

Between the report developer and I, we were able to confirm that the conditions are all met. The subscriptions keep appearing like this during the 5:30pm CST time block that it is scheduled to run at. The other times throughout the day are working just fine. I guess the question is really, why or what reasons would cause it to fail at the scheduled 5:30pm CST run-time of the subscription.

The full report attachment feature is available for reports that meet the following conditions. 

• They're in an upgraded workspace with Power BI Premium or Premium Per User.
• The report has fewer than 20 pages (see this issue described above).
• The attachment file is under 25 MB in size.
• You are an owner of the report.

Will there still be a problem when the above conditions are met?
