For the last 20 mins, powerbi service page remains as "Something went wrong. Please try again later."
Do we have any issues in North Europe? When I try to sign-in in Power BI desktop, it says "You don't seem to have an account in PowerBI".

Usually when there is a power outage or any specific issue regarding Power BI Services, you can see it in the power bi support website. Link
As suggested by @Greg_Deckler , you can also check if this is a known issue from the link he provided.
That being said, do check your internet connectivity for the error you are receiving. "Something went wrong" errors are caused many a times by internet issues.
