I have shared a app with a user but the app won't built in her account. The screen in Power Bi service keeps running and it mentions that the app is being built. Has anyone experienced this behaviour? What could be the cause of this and how can I resolve it?
There was some known issues is going on with the App. Hope you are also facing similar issue.

Yes this helps. The shared dataset was indeed causing the problem.

Can the user see the app in the left App Navigation Bar? Is there a pro license assigned to this user to allow them view the app or this app is under Premium capacity?
