Hi,
I just recently started having problems refreshing Excel files on a SharePoint on the Service, when everything was working fine before. I have no issues refreshing with PBI Desktop. I am getting the error at the bottom of this message. To date, I have already removed and reinstalled the Access Database Engine 2010 x64 - to no avail.
Republished one of the failing datasets/visuals.
I am running Windows 10 64 bit, Office 2016 64 bit, and Power BI 64 bit, and also have the 64 bit version of the Data Gateway installed.
This has brought almost all of my published work to a halt. Please help!

@ScottR-MT Did you ever find a solution to this? I am having the same problem. Works on Desktop, not in service. When the scheduled refresh is attempted it gives me the same error you had.
Hi @ScottR-MT,
Please check is you installed both 32-bit version and 64-bit version of Access Database Engine on your machine.
Regards,
Yuliana Gu
Hi,
I only have the 64 bit version of the Access DB Engine installed, which matches my Windows 10, Office 2016, and Power BI versions.
