Hi,
My report works fine since publish to Power BI Service from Mar/18 but last week (mid of Aug).
The report works fine after refresh on my Local PC and Notebook.
I was referring to a related topic but it seems not to apply to my case.
Any idea?
FYI,
I have visual filter "PURCHASE_REQUISITION_NUMBER" a string type.

Hi Yuliana,
Thank you for your reply.
The on-premise gateway that I have is v14.16.6768.3 (2018/8/8).
The issue always occurs after refresh on Power BI Service.
I download the download the report from Power BI service and open it in Power BI desktop.
I refresh the dataset to retrieved data and report visuals do display correctly on Power BI desktop.
Then, I upgrade my on-premise gateway to the latest v14.16.6792.1 (8/23/2018).
I refresh the dataset to retrieved data and report visuals do display correctly on Power BI Service.
However, I still don't know the root cause of why it happened.
Hi @jason81,
Could you provide more description about "Data Missing"? After refresh, no data is shown on report? Or missing some specific records?
Did this problem occur when refreshing on Desktop? You could update the gateway to latest version for a test.
Regards,
Yuliana Gu

The data source came from "Teradata Database" and "Data entered as a static table" so the query was merge via above 2 sources.
