Is there a way to get a list of all reports, dashboards, and datasets that exist in Power BI online? We are looking to create a full inventory so we can clean and consolidate all of the content in our tenant.
If possible, some useful information about each report would include:
- Which workspace the report exists in (personal or shared)
- If the report (dashboard) has been shared and with who
- What dataset or data source the report uses
- When the report was created
- The last time the report data was refreshed (and the refresh schedule if applicable)
Hi@mattchaplin,
Currently, we can get all datasets (Owned by yourself or Owend by others) and the associated report and associated dashboard from manage sotrage page.

Charlie Liao
Thanks, this is useful for getting an inventory of my personal workspace and any other workspace where I am a member. Is there any similar functionality to see datasets, reports, and dashboards across all personal and shared workspaces (even if I'm not a member)? This would be more for administration, so I'd imagine the view would be restricted to O365 or Power BI admins if it exists.
Thanks,
Matt
Hi @mattchaplin,
The admin portal is accessible to all users who are Global Admins in Office 365. Please refer to the link below.
