Our Power BI reports are not getting refreshed as per schedule or with manual refresh.
It doesnt show any error message and also no new entry in the refresh history as well.
Power BI service status shows all green, but I can see quite few users complaining the refresh not working for them as well.
Why is the service status not indicating this ongoing issue?

Please test again to see if you are able to refresh the dataset.
For the detail error information missing in Refresh History, it's a known issue, you can keep an eye on the status of this issue in Support site.
