Power BI Pro via Office 365 E5 account issue

I was recently assigned an Office 365 E5 but sign in does not give Power BI Pro capability.  I've signed out and signed back in multiple times, but still nothing.  What needs to happen?  Is there something I need to do or is this something the administrator needs to correct?  Please advise!

Could you ask your Office 365 Admin to confirm that you have been assigned an E5 license?

I would ask for a screenshot that you have the E5 license assigned to your user account.
