My boss is a Power BI Pro user. He published something to a workspace and toggled on Dedicated capactity. People are having issues seeng it so I was helping him to create an app or just add me as the admin and I'd do it all.
He can't edit the workspace now because he gets the message to upgrade to Pro. He can't do anything without that message popping up. HE IS PRO. I verified. Not sure what's wrong. Help
