Power BI Pro Licence user being thrown (This content isn't available) error message

Hi, I have a user with a Pro Licence and access to the Power BI Report via the Azure AAD Security Group, He has been granted access to the report which is published in the Power BI App, However, when he tries to open the report he gets below message thrown and denied any further page rendering by the Power BI Service.

Do you set any restrictions on this user, such as RLS?

Can you try the report yourself or request any other user to access it to see if he/she receives the same error provided all permission and configurations are done correctly as you mentioned.

Yes I can access the report wihtout any problem, Please note I am the PBI Service Administratot on the tenant.

Other people can also access the report without issue, 

any other hint please?

Then, you need to check what causes him not to see the report. You may re-check his access, permission, and what exactly is different between his settings and others. You can also see if any Row Level Security (RLS) is in place.
