Hello everyone,
I have a user that has not been able to log into his Power BI Pro account. The user is able to log into his computer with his Windows credentials, but when he navigates to our Power BI Service link and enters his credentials it says that his account is locked. Our IT department has tried deactivating the license and reactivating, it works and then after a while it gets locked again! This is a new service to our organization so maybe IT is not in the loop on what could be driving this? I work in Sales Ops so I have been trying to help the user fgure this out, we tried clearing the cache of his browser, but it gets locked again. the user is very frustrated as he is the only user with this issue.

has he tried logging in via another device to power bi? or logged on via a computer that he doesn't log in with his windows authentication just to test where the issue might lie?
