Power BI Premium has no direct relation to Power BI Pro licenses.

Purchasing Power BI Pro license will not give you Power Apps Pro or Power Automate Pro licenses. You need to purchase those separately.

There is no such thing as PowerApps premium. Unfortunately the data source connectors in PowerApps/Power Automate are marked as "Premium". That is definitely creating confusion. They should have marked them as "Pro".
