Power BI Premium EM1 - unable to access premium settings

Opening up a duplicate issue only because we have been directed loosely to the community to resolve the issue which was odd..

In Power BI Administration, we are not seeing the premium node showing up.

In Office 365 administration, we do see the premium EM1 note. There is a “Assigned” concept, but we are unable to assign that to anything.

Based on the documentation and video tutorials, after purchase it should be available in the Power BI administration.

I have the exact same problem.  We are an enterprise customer and got EM1 by reserving it in the MVLS.  We have the same exact issues as shown here.
