Power BI Personal Gateway install fails - blank dialog

I have been trying to install the Power BI personal Gateway.
 
The install starts but then just freezes with a blank dialog as show below.  I believe this is supposed to be the dialog where I can configure the data sources?  I'm on Windows 10.
 
 
What can I do?
