Hello,
I currently have a pro license. I am trying to set up Incremental Refresh on my data set, pulling from shared file (CSV file). Once I create this data set I will publish this to the web to use it in all my power bi reports. I want to set up an incremental refresh using a non-date field.
My questions are:
1. Do I need a premium license to do a non-date incremental refresh?
2. If I need a premium license, once I publish this report can users within my organization access this report with pro license? Will the incremental refresh work for everyone?

Hi @ROCKYBI12
Currently incremental refresh ONLY works on a date or datetime column. There is currently no other way to get this working.
You do not need premium for incremental refreshing it will work on all datasets. And other users can view the reports as long as they have a Power BI Pro license.

How would I get the incremental refresh to work then? In the other system I use I was using Record ID to do this. It would load new data and it would reference Record ID in the old data to refresh any changes based on Record ID in the old data.
