I am working on a Power BI solution which will show a series of service dashboards
The data will come from a live connected Azure SQL DB/DW source - which means PBI PRO is requried.
However - the dashboard will be displayed on a large flat screen in the office - on which several dozens of people could observe content - some casually (as they pass by) and others more purposfully/operationally
QUESTION - What PBI licence do we need for this scenario?
FYI - (The screen would be loggined into powerbi.com with a PRO account which would then cover the licence for that data.)
@tesmerr power bi is self service bi tool which means people build their own dashboards using drag and drop. more people use it more pro accounts are required since you're connecting to azure sql dw. however using your own account which is pro and you displaying that dashboard on large screen i dont think would require any additional licensing requirements, but you can always check that with microsoft by dropping them an email.
