Power BI Embedded reduced pricing for large scale use?

Our architects are considering using Power BI Embedded in our SaaS to produce reports running on Azure. The pricing at https://azure.microsoft.com/pricing/details/power-bi-embedded/ seems to be $5 per 100 sessions independent of volume.  Depending on where we use this, we could be looking at very large numbers of sessions (hundreds of thousands or more).

Can anyone advise if large volume uses would be subject to any reduction or discount, or if there is an intention to encourage volume use and reduce the prices for larger numbers of sessions?
