Power BI Embedded licenses

Hi,

Currently, our organization supports the Power BI embedded report and our trial license has expired. The reports are being monitored and modified by only one user, which is our master user. Our organization is looking to purchase the license for Power BI Pro and we wonder if we should pay per user that can view the embedded report in our application or only for the master user that is monitoring the reports.

Hi there

If you are using Power BI Embedded then you are using the Embedded licensing which is licensed for capacity.

You should only need the one Power BI Pro license for the master user.
