Power BI Embedded MSOLAP error

Hi,

We have a Power BI report Embedded on a customers internal website that uses RLS to filter depending on department. The datasource is a SQL Server using Gateway to connect.
The problem is that some of the users gets an error when trying to open the report. At first I thought it had something with embedded resource so we have tried to raise SKU level without success. The report and rls works fine both in desktop and in service when testing. But when the user tries she gets following error:

OpenConnectionError: Failed to open the MSOLAP connection.

Hi @GilbertQ

No, we are importing all data and reports are refreshed once a day.

Hi @Anonymous

The error indicates it cannot connect to the MSOLAP database?

If you could look into that?

Hi @Anonymous

Is this report using SSO with direct query to the underlying source?

If so can you confirm that the user or account has got the correct access?
