Hi,
I have been receiving screenshots of my Power bi dashboard on a daily basis via email subscription. But suddenly it has been stopped a day before yesterday and since then I have been trying to reset the new subscription to get the emails daily but I am not receiving any emails.
Can somebody advise me in this respect?

Did your license expire? The users need a Power BI Pro license or the content is in a Premium workspace or app. See: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-report-subscribe#requirements.
There was an intermittent issues for Power BI Service in the Europe and Australia region. Maybe you can try it again.

Thanks for the reply but please be advised that my License is active and my UPN is the same as my email address. Still, i am facing this issue, however, 1 week back it was working fine i don't know what happened after 18th June 2019 all of a sudden and it stopped working.
