Hi @USABB_Data ,

If the tenant is located in east us, you may encounter this problem. Now the issue Already relieved.

If the tenant is nit located in east us, may be caused by the following:

  • User account was closed or disabled or deleted.
  • Azure Private links was enabled and pubic internet access was disabled in the tenant settings
  • Failed to retrieve metadata probably due to user's cookie failure

If this happens and recovers in a short time, it may be due to server-side maintenance. This is only a temporary failure, the So there is no need to worry too much.

Seconded. Our org is also experiencing the same issue. We reported it in 365 Admin center as an incident. We cannot access anything (datasets, workspaces, reports, homepage, etc.) inside the Power BI online service.

Ours seems to be coming back now.  Appears to be around 30-45 minutes of outage time.  @tkueco If you don't mind, let me know what they respond with on the incident.

Nevermind, it is back down.  I logged a global ticket as well.

I am having issues and now I cannot even sign in.
