Power BI Data Gateway Installed and Configred successfully, but I am not seeing the Gateway

Hi,

I installed and configured the PBI Data Gateway successfully,but I am not seeing the Gateway in Power BI Service.

Can you please tell me , what is the issue?

Hi @Anonymous,

After you install the gateway, please remember to sign in with your Power BI service account in the on-premises data gateway app. To find the gateway you configured, you need go into Manage gateways page by clicking on gear icon on the top menu and select Manage gateways. Then, your gateway will be listed there.

Then, you can add data source to your gateway there.

For how to configure data source to the gateway, please refers to Add or remove a gateway data source - Power BI | Microsoft Docs.
